LYNXX 24 Television News, produced and filmed for LYNXX/Lemonweir Valley Telcom at the Image Media Studio in Tomah, recently celebrated the 200th episode of its local news program. On hand to mark this milestone were the LYNXX 24 TV News crew and LYNXX/Lemonweir Valley Telcom’s CEO and board of directors.
LYNXX 24 Television News began airing 4 years ago. It was the vision of Jim Costello, LYNXX CEO and Peter and Tim Mallinger of Image Media. The goal was to bring a local news show & channel to LYNXX’s TV customers located in Juneau County. The channel was designed to bring local community events, school sports and activities and positive news stories into the homes of LYNXX TV customers.
Today, the LYNXX 24 News is aired live on Thursday nights at 7 pm on LYNXX TV Channel 24. The news is then broadcasted the following week at various times during the day and evening. In addition to the news show, episodes of Bonanza and The Andy Griffith Show are shown every day. Current community events are broadcasted during various times throughout the year.
There is new program content coming in the near future to LYNXX 24 television. LYNXX CEO, Jim Costello said, “We are very excited to be adding new content to LYNXX 24 program line-up. We hope to have an outdoor/hunting show coming very soon.”
