Lynxx Networks Welcomes Scott Perry as New Chief Executive Officer
Camp Douglas, WI - Lynxx Networks is pleased to welcome Scott Perry as its new Chief Executive Officer. Perry will replace Jim Costello, who is retiring on April 23, 2024, after 21 years with the company.
Scott Perry steps into his new role at Lynxx Networks with 42 years of communications experience in datacom and telecom. Since 1994 Perry has been an active member in the Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI) organization, a group that sets the standards for complex structure cabling systems for intelligent buildings worldwide. For the last 13 years he has served as the Vice President of Operations at Bahr Electric, the electrical company that Lynxx Networks purchased in 2021. Perry was brought on at Bahr back in 2011 to help start up a new OSP division, focusing on voice, data communications, and infrastructure. Over the years, he has helped Bahr Electric to find a niche in obtaining and securing government contracts. He also has worked with other independent telephone companies in Wisconsin and Minnesota as Bahr Electric has been contracted to help build out fiber-to-the-home networks.
Prior to his role at Bahr Electric, Perry worked for Globalcom Technologies and Norstan Communications, and as the National Operations Director for TDS Datacom.
